Apple Cheddar Biscuit Bun with Grainy Mustard

Ingredients:


6 #8255 VDFY Cheddar Biscuit Bun

1 Large Granny Smith Apple

1 tsp lemon juice

12 slices Colby Jack Cheese or Cheddar Cheese

Grainy Mustard

Directions:


Thaw Cheddar Biscuit Buns and slice in half horizontally.

Spread 1 tbsp. of Grainy Mustard on each cut side.

Prepare apples: Core apples and slice whole into 6 slices. Place in bowl with cold water and tsp of lemon juice to keep apple slices from browning.

On bottom slice, place a slice of cheddar cheese, 1 apple slice and another slice of cheddar cheese and finally top of Cheddar Biscuit Bun.

Heat Panini press and grill sandwiches until grill marks appear and cheese is melting.

Serve with extra grainy mustard and pickles.
