Our VDFY Artisan-Style Parmesan Peppercorn Baguette makes a great tasting White Pizza
1 VDFY #7652 Thaw & Serve Parmesan Peppercorn Baguette
1 tbsp. Olive oil
½ cup Ricotta Cheese
6 oz. finely shredded Mozzarella cheese
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
Pinch of Garlic salt
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Pinch of salt & pepper
2-4 thin slices of Provolone cheese
Slice thawed bread in half horizontally and lightly brush with Olive oil on cut side. Place on baking sheet.
In small bowl, mix Ricotta cheese, shredded Mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
Lay slices of provolone cheese on Baguettes and top with cheese mixture.
Bake in pre-heated oven at 400° for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and starts to brown.
Remove from oven, let cool slightly before cutting into serving size pieces.
