At Vie de France Yamazaki, Inc., we are focused on our foodservice professional customers and the success of their businesses. With this in mind, we are continually developing our ability to provide technical support to our customers. Our Bakery Specialist Team and Corporate Chef are available to provide comprehensive handling and preparation of Vie de France bakery products.
We offer one to three-day programs, provided free of charge to Vie de France foodservice professional customers and potential customers. The training includes Par-baked and Frozen Unbaked breads and laminated doughs. Certain trainings may also include Cookie Dough, Muffin Batter and Brioche. Training and support is designed to suit our customer’s individual needs and cover proper handling, baking, troubleshooting, finishing techniques, product applications and menu ideas.
Training and support locations are determined upon request and can be held near our Corporate Headquarters or on-site at your location.
