Olive Oil Herbs Vie de France French Batard
Allow Batard to thaw slightly. Place on side, and using a sharp knife slice Batard lengthwise into 4 slices. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with herbs. Curl Batard slices to form a circle and secure with toothpick. Bake at 350°F until browned or 'set'. Remove toothpick and fill with your choice of mixed salad greens.
